2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use Ayda. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

    •    You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

    •    You agree to provide accurate information at registration.

    •    You may delete your account at any time through the app — deletion is immediate and permanent.

Offline Mode (Coming Soon): Users will be able to use Ayda without an account. In this case, data stays locally on your device.

4. Paid Subscriptions

    •    Ayda offers both free and premium (paid) features.

    •    Payments are processed securely through Apple, Google, or Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

    •    Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe rules.

5. AI Features

    •    Ayda includes AI features to provide personalized support.

    •    These features use anonymized data and third-party AI services.

    •    AI outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

6. Health Disclaimer

Ayda is not a medical service.

    •    Our app is designed to help you track and understand your health, but it does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

    •    Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any medical questions or concerns.

7. User Conduct

By using Ayda, you agree not to:

    •    Misuse the app in a way that harms others

    •    Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services

    •    Upload or share illegal or harmful content (if applicable in future updates)

8. Intellectual Property

    •    Ayda and its content (including logos, designs, and features) are owned by us.

    •    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ayda for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the app.

11. Legal & Liability

    •    We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We only share user data if required by law (e.g., court order). We publish transparency reports on such requests.
